Childersburg – Mayor Ken Wesson addressed posts and comments on social media about the Council and the proposed data center project.
Wesson says that claims have no truth to them, “Some have misconstrued documents that are required by law as being something they are not. We have not sold any property for a data center project.”
Wesson says that the City is following city ordinances, state laws, and the legal CLRA requirements the City agreed to follow when the former AOW property was handed over to the City by the base closure group, the Army Corp of Engineers, and the EPA.
